Check Eligibility
Before applying, ensure your child meets our age and academic requirements.
Age Requirements
- PlayGroup: 3+ years (by January 1, 2026)
- Nursery: 4+ years (by January 1, 2026)
- KG: 5+ years (by January 1, 2026)
- Class 1: 6+ years (by January 1, 2026)
- Class 2-10: Age-appropriate for grade
Previous Education Requirements
- Transfer certificate from previous school
- Previous grade completion certificate
- Academic records/transcripts
- Good attendance record
Language Proficiency
- Basic English understanding for all grades
- Bengali language skills
- Arabic basics for Islamic studies (help provided)
Special Program Requirements
- Hifz Program: Quran recitation ability
- STEAM Program: Interest in science/technology
- Regular Program: Standard academic readiness

Step 21-2 days
Prepare Documents
Gather all required documents before starting your application.
Essential Documents
- Birth certificate (original + copy)
- Previous school transfer certificate
- Academic transcripts/records (last 2 years)
- Passport size photos - 4 copies (student)
- Passport size photos - 2 copies (each parent)
- Medical records/vaccination card
Parent Documents
- Parents' National ID cards (both)
- Parents' occupation proof
- Address proof (utility bill/lease)
- Emergency contact information
Document Specifications
- PDF format preferred for digital submission
- Photos: White background, passport size
- All documents must be clear and legible
- File size: Maximum 5MB per document

Step 330 minutes
Submit Application
Complete the online application form and pay the application fee.
Application Form Sections
- Student Information: Name, DOB, nationality, religion
- Parent/Guardian Information: Contact details, occupation
- Academic Information: Previous school, grades
- Program Selection: Grade and program type
- Documents Upload: Birth certificate, photos, etc.
Application Fee
- Application Fee: 1,000 BDT (non-refundable)
- Payment methods: bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz
- Fee must be paid before submission
- Keep payment receipt for records
Important Deadlines
- Regular Application Deadline: January 31, 2026
- Late applications accepted with additional fee
- Late Fee: 500 BDT after deadline
- Complete applications processed first

Step 41-2 hours
Entrance Assessment
Attend the age-appropriate assessment on your scheduled date.
Early Childhood (PlayGroup-KG)
- Play-based observation (no formal testing)
- Developmental readiness check
- Social interaction assessment
- Duration: 30-45 minutes
Primary (Class 1-5)
- Basic skills assessment: English, Math, Arabic
- Age-appropriate written test
- Oral assessment component
- Duration: 1-1.5 hours
Secondary (Class 6-9)
- Subject-based assessment
- English, Math, Science proficiency test
- Arabic and Islamic knowledge assessment
- Duration: 1.5-2 hours

Interview
Meet with our admissions team for student and parent interview.

Admission Offer
Receive admission decision within 2 weeks of assessment completion.

Notification Process
- Email notification to primary contact
- SMS alert sent to registered phone
- Results announced: March 15, 2026
- Decision letter available in portal
After Acceptance
- Acceptance deadline: March 31, 2026
- Admission fee payment required
- Security deposit (refundable)
- Enrollment confirmation letter

Step 71 week
Complete Enrollment
Finalize enrollment by paying fees and attending orientation.
Required Payments
- Admission Fee: 10,000 BDT (one-time)
- Security Deposit: 5,000 BDT (refundable)
- First term tuition fee
- Annual fees (library, lab, etc.)
Final Documentation
- Submit original documents for verification
- Sign enrollment agreement
- Complete medical form
- Emergency contact form
Orientation Program
- Date: April 17, 2026
- Meet teachers and staff
- Campus tour
- School policies and procedures
- Uniform and supply information
Before First Day
- Purchase uniform from school store
